Call for speakers

Apply to speak at The Hospitality Show
Are you a hospitality pro with insights that can spark real change? The Hospitality Show is where hotel owners, operators and decision-makers come together to discover innovative solutions, connect with industry leaders and unlock strategies to drive profit and elevate operations — all in three action-packed days.
What we’re looking for
Our audience is looking for real-world strategies, forward-thinking ideas, and stories that inspire smarter operations. All submissions are reviewed by The Hospitality Show team and our partners at the American Hotel & Lodging Association (AHLA). Proposals are selected based on:
- Alignment with the show’s focus on operational excellence and profitability
- Clarity and originality of the idea
- Relevance to current industry challenges and trends
- Real, actionable takeaways for attendees
- Speaker’s background, credibility, and perspective
Important: Sessions must be educational and solution driven. Submissions with a sales pitch or product promotion won’t be accepted—we stick to a strict no-pitch policy.
Submission guidelines
- Each executive may submit up to two proposals.
- A maximum of two speakers from the same organization may be included in one session.
- Due to limited conference time slots, submissions not selected this year will be kept on file for up to two years for future consideration.
- The Hospitality Show does not sell speaking slots. Opportunities to speak are awarded based on the strength and relevance of the content.
